Step 2
Ask for a real-time virtual tour
When you have found a property you are interested in, make an appointment so you can ask all the questions you want to about the property. You can also take a virtual tour of the property, in real time, so it will be just as though you’re at the property.
Step 3
Do you want to buy?
If you decide to buy, you will be able to secure the property that best fits your investment plan with just 500 Euros.
Then, you can choose one of our independent lawyers to go through all the legal aspects of the property purchase. Once everything has been checked and you are satisfied you will be able to sign the deposit contract, known as the “contrato de arras”.
Notaría
Signing the Deeds at the notary can be done either by you or by the lawyer through Power of Attorney.

Administration
If the purchase has been made without a mortgage, we will manage the process of paying for the property, and also the registration of the purchase at the land registry. If the purchase has been made with a mortgage, the bank will be in charge of these processes.


Step 4
Property management
We take care of transfer utilities, carrying out refurbishment work, maintenance, provision of furniture, furnishings, crockery, etc, where appropriate.
We look for a tenant who meets the insurance requirements for non-payment of rent, in order to give you the maximum protection.
You will then start receiving your passive income, no matter where in the world you are, with us taking care of your property as if it were our own
